Account Security

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Each betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by market, event, and time. BD Bajy reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Prohibited Betting Practices

• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit (arbitrage)
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcome

Deposit Terms

BD BajyTo make a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT.

• Deposits are usually processed instantly. However, in the event of a technical delay, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Policy

To make a withdrawal, your account's KYC verification must be complete and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

Currency & Conversion

BD Bajyall transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

Welcome Bonus

• A welcome bonus is available for new members — applicable to the first deposit only.
• To claim the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be made within a specified period after registration.
• A wagering requirement of 5x to 10x is generally required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Weekly & Seasonal Offers

• Weekly rebates, cashback, and special event offers are each subject to their own separate terms.
• Stacking multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible — each offer will specify this clearly.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Referral Program

To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred friend must make their first deposit from a new, verified account. Any attempt to claim referral bonuses through multiple accounts belonging to the same person will result in account termination.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be refunded; however, amounts earned through bonuses may be forfeited.
